Over 25+ years, I've redesigned curriculum, led departments through change, and built professional development that works and is sustainable. I've spent 26 years in the world of science research and education. I'm now focused on instructional design, assessment, and professional development.
I turn research and experience into practices that participants actually use. I understand what shapes motivations, beliefs, and behavior in individuals and systems. If you want an expert in the full cycle of change from design to adoption, I am your person.
